I have lived her now for 2 1/2 years. I enjoy the quiet neighborhood and the greenery. Maintenance is usually friendly and gets things done within a day or two. For the price, you can't beat the amount of space you have. My only complaints are that my car has been broken into and I've heard several people got robbed in the parking lot. In addition, I can't even describe some of the bugs that find their way into my apartment on a regular basis. Overall, I can't complain- I have been quite comfortable at Pelham Park.
