Good: Apartments are huge, grounds are nice, neighbors are friendly. Maintenance staff is VERY nice. New elevators

Bad: Muggings in the parking lot, no security measures. The roaches are huge and numerous. Mice. Very thin walls - you can hear the nextdoor/upstairs neighbor's tv clearly in your apartment. Water leaks from the above floors will discolor/peel your ceiling and it won't get fixed. Management office staff are very nasty. No heat in the middle of winter.
