I lived here my senior year in College, and enjoyed not only the warm atmosphere provided by the building maintenance staff and workers, but also the congenial attitude given by all the tenants. I never felt uncomfortable saying hello to someone in the elevator. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and if I could afford to live there on my own, I would have stayed. It's just a great place to be, you'll be glad you chose it
