Beware:
They have keys to every apartment, so if you do not have an extra lock on your door any worker there can invite themselves in.
Elevators are slow.
Drains are clogged...my water always take forver to go down the drain.
I can hear my neighbors television on both sides. And, I can hear if someone upstairs drops a pen on the floor. Not to mention when they go to bathroom, oh yea, I hear that too. I would not reccomend this place unless you had no choice.

all landlords and maintenance workers have keys to the apartments at any apartment building...that's why it's called renting, not buying.
