I have been living in this building for almost an year and cannot wait for my lease to be completed.


1) The staff is rude and non cooperative
2) They always try to find a temporary solution to fix a problem while the problem plagues you all the time.
3) The elevators stink with some strange smell, they hardly clean.
4) The laundry room is dirty and you lose money always, they dont put up signs on the machines that dont work.
5) The door man lets anyone inside, the cameras and 24 hr surveillance are only for namesake. (I have had many outsiders trying to sell their stuff by knocking the apt doors )
6) There has been 2 fires in the building in a 6 month gap.

Please dont even think of considering this building...
