I've been living here for about 7 months now. I don't have any major complaints. Anything I asked to be fixed was fixed in a timely fashion. I have never seen a mouse which is a plus. It may be because I live on a high floor I'm not sure. The staff is friendly, I've never had a problem, respect them and they respect you. The walls are pretty thin though. I occasionally hear one neighbor but they are generally pretty quiet, and the other apt is vacant so that was a plus. But its an apartment so you cant expect but so much quiet. The solution to not hearing neighbors is buying a house. The street traffic noise can get a little loud at time but its too be expected seeing that its right on the street and not off in the cut. The parking lot is convenient, sometimes parking is limited at night, but I've never not gotten a spot though no matter the time, whether it was 3 in the morning or 2 in the afternoon. Its better than on street parking thats mostly the only thing available in Philly and it the lot is free! For the most part its a nice apartment building with a convenient location, as long as you dont expect your own little sanctuary isolated from the world.

And to the person who is mad about the electric, thats your own fault. They come ever month routinely to read the meter, and give u 3 chances to leave your top lock off.

I dont believe its hard to get in credit wise. I didnt have the best credit but I never had any evictions or anything.
