I cannot wait for my lease to be up. For starters, the staff is not only rude but extremely incompetent. I have mice that they have refused to do anything about except put down "sticky traps". I have a small child plus I am terrified of mice! The last thing I want is my son getting stuck on one or waking up to a squealing mouse! Next: the basement where the washers and dryers are, is downright spooky. I won't go down there. My drains are ALWAYS clogged, no garbage disposal. A nasty trash room on every floor. I have lived here for almost three years and have never seen a mouse or mice in my apartment. The trashroom on my floor does not stink that is why there are signs posted on every floor to double bag your trash. None of the staff have ever been rude to me and my drains ARE NOT ALWAYS clogged if your problems are this bad why not break your lease and find somewhere else to live.

The trash room is very dirty I dont think it was ever clean. To live here for 3 years you must be a nova care patience. I am thinking of breaking my lease.
