Cheap rent with all utilities included, the R5 train station right across the street, shops and churches nearby, and the historic Overbrook farms neighborhood surrounding you...you just can't beat this deal! That's why I've not moved in over 5 years. Plus, the management and maintenance are really top notch...always friendly, available, and accommodating. Thanks Susie and Eugene! The grounds are beautifully kept, and the old building (1930's I think) is charming and well-maintained. The other tenants are cordial and respectful, though watch out for those noisy St. Joe's students in the adjacent building!
