Living here is risky

I lived here for one year while finishing grad school at Villanova. It was convenient to be right across from the R5 train station, and really cheap compared to other apts in the area, but definately not worth the fear that came with leaving your apartment after dark. I was glad to move out after one year although I admit I never had a problem personally but I'm not suprised others did. Oh and parking really sucks so add that to the scary neighborhood and one night when you have no choice but to park far away from the building, on your walk back you'll probably regret your decision to move here. Also, to access the laundry room you have to walk outside - there's no entrance from inside the building - so that was really inconvenient and unsafe. You're basically taking a gamble by moving here and I feel lucky that nothing ever happened to me while I was there. If I had to do over I wouldn't.
