The New Ownership and Management we have made several changes to Pennbrook and are proud to announce that the NEW Pennbrook is now leasing. The building has undergone a $10,000,000 renovation and investment program that includes a complete gut and re-do of the building to essentially a brand new establishment. The building features new floor plans with 1,2,3 & 4 bedroom units. Also, we have 35 security cameras, a swipe-card entry system and a 24/7 owner representative on-site.
