The apartment layouts are HUGE, especially to be in Center City. The central heat and air actually work, unlike our other experiences at apartments in the city...there is a 24 hour security desk, T1 internet service for free in every apartment, free cable, large washer and dryer in the apartment, new appliances, and the complex allows pets! While the price is a little high, you definitely, as in any realm, get what you pay for. The tenants are also friendly and of a mixed sort---students, young professionals, etc. I only wish we had found this place sooner! We are very, very happy here!
