Understand that you will end up paying about 20 cents per foot per month for HVAC. Additionally, be wary of the sizes of the apartments listed on the floorplans when comparing these apartments to others. Subtract about 20% from the square footage provided as it includes a "pro-rata share of the common area." Lastly, the doorman during the day is the greatest but the evening/ weekend doorman smokes pot all weekend and socializes 10 times more than he does any job that he is being paid to do.
