Piece of Garbage

This place is not worth the time that I am writing this e-mail. The management of the building is letting the place run down as the Pennsylvania House should be renamed The Fraternity at 1500 Chestnut Street as The Pennsylvania House signed some deal with the loval Art institute to provide housing for the school so the place is loud, there are always different characters running around and the place is dirty. In addition, the utilities at this place are out of control. I regularly pay $300 plus a month for my utilities for a small two bedroom apartment. Do yourself a favor and do not live here. Total garbage as I can not believe that I live at this place.
