Pricey, but nice

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Located right next to city hall and centrally in Philly this is a very nice complex. My apt had its own hot water heater, w2w carpeting, dish washer, high speed internet access & WD plus they allow all pets. The staff is great and except for the 2 Great Floods of '01 there have been no problems. The place is very pricey (especially the HVAC) and they don't have any parking available.
