Yes, it is pricey, but the floor plans are very spacious and the amenities are unmatched. You have your own washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, airconditioning and full time door staff. My only complaint is the lack of closet space. I have almost 1100 sq ft with one bedroom, den, and two full baths. The employees are very nice and they respond to problems very quickly.
