The office staff was polite, But they seemed to have problems with the part timers losing paperwork. I had talked to a few of the tenants and 90% said they havn't had a single problem. The $300,000 homes around the complex seem to feel comfortable leaving there valuables on thier back porch, so it can't be too bad. I drove around the complex at different times of the day and didn't see any problems.

It is the Full Timers that misplace the paperwork. The staff puts on a good front but wait til you move in

Unfortunately, I am too late to warn you on your decision. At first glance things may seem nice but upon further inspection you will find a miriad of issues. 1. There are water bugs in the winter. 2. Spiders in the summer. 3. Limited washers (There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer in my complex w/ 10 apartments). 4. Maintenance is shotty. 5. The walls are PAPER THIN! 6. Rent increases ea. year. 7. Need I go on FYI. I am out of here at the end of my lease in mid 2006! |
