this place is horrible, it has no maintenance staff so stuff keeps breaking and it never gets fixed

the roofs leak and water bugs are everywhere, and it smells like trash all the time

the management staff is pathetic, as they should be because they probably don't get paid any money, that is why they are just as low life and skanky as everyone else who lives here - thats what mentality you end up with when you get paid $10 an hour

i hope they all lose their jobs and have to live on the street becaause thats what they deserve

thanks for making my life miserable and wait until i get my revenge

I totally agree with you. They need the old office staff and new maintenance staff then maybe it would be nice once again.

Petoni does not accept section 8 any more. Petoni has come a LONG way from where it was in 2004. The office staff is kind and helpful and maintenance requests are processed in 1-2 days. Any negative remarks that are made are based solely on the poor property management in 2004.
