Based on these reviews I will NOT be moving here. I did come by, get a tour, the usual fluff. However, I do read the reviews and based on them I will not renting here.

Unfortunately, you do get residents who don't follow the rules or should I say they don't respect everyone's right to live here. They choose to blame everyone else for something they did. Petoni is a nice place to live. We try very hard to accomodate all residents, but as you know, that cannot always happen.
