I will be moving in mid 2006 and I will never look back. Management is like a revolving door w/ nothing but incompetent individuals. The maintenance is sub par. The washer and dryers are faulty (they hault in mid spin leaving your clothing soaking wet). Pests are rampid and the walls are paper thin.
The only good thing is the fact that the r3 is directly across the way. Dont make the mistake that i did.

I'm due to move in June 1st, and now everyone's reviews got me soooooo scared, I should have found this site before signing my John Hancock. Me and my mother will be renting a 2 bedroom, we decided to rent our house out, and go smaller, I hope that it wasn't the worst mistake we could have ever made.

Phillygirl, I moved here in november, I haven't had an real major complaints to be honest. My shower broke once but it was fixed in a relative timely fashion.
