I moved in around November and i have not had any major problems. I also live in the back with old folks so that could be a reason as to why I don't mind it much at all. Sometimes parking is difficult but I would not be happy with parking unless i had a my own dedicated spot right next to the door, and that will never happen. They do have a lot of kids running around like maniacs all through the place during the afternoon, and apparently they were never taught to get out of the way of cars, or at least not jump in the way of them, they have a tendency to do that. The main road sucks in the rain, it gets flooded big time.

The main road has since been repaired so flooding is no longer an issue, and there are signs posted everywhere warning parents to be vigilant of their children. Bike riding and skate boarding are not allowed on the property.
