I never had a problem until new management arrived.(this year, there is always someone new in the office) They like to blam the residents for mistakes that should fall on them. The property manager is very unprofessional. The maintenance crew seems to be ok. I've had to wait a while to get a work order done, but when its done its a good job. The neighbors are ok, except for the ones who live under someone and keep complaining about the noise coming from upstairs. Hello, move upward then, things do fall, kids do trip, get over it, ---- happens. Overall this place is ok, if the management went back to the way it was when I moved in it would be great. This new girl needs to go.

Manager is very polite and informative. Anytime we had a concern, she took the time to explain all of our options. Just because your young children are running all over the complex without an adult, you're angry. We have a clean, quiet place to live with pretty flowers and fast maintenance workers. Stop expecting someone else to watch your children at 10pm.
