I found these apartments acroos the street from my home, the WORSE place to live(Somerton Court). I wasn't sure that it wouldn't be the same. The girls in the office were really nice. They always said good morning and hello. That was a Great start. The apartment was really clean when I moved in. I saw children outside playing and thought was a nice place for my son. So far, I have had no major problems. Heat was off a little late, but I was glad because it stayed cold late this year. Maintenance I never had to use yet. They say hi when you pass them. I can't wait to use the pool this summer. It will be hot. If you want quiet and an apartment that feels safe, this is it. We are very happy we left that other roach motel.
