So yeah, this is all truth. the staff has no follow through. you can request something and never get a response......ever. how bout the etire month of october having no heat or hot water.....they wanted us to RENT a heater because they were tooo cheap to properly fix the boiling system, they wanted a cheap job and the tenants paid the price....then every month after that we'd spen one full week with NO HOT WATER!!!!!!oh and don't try to get to the office on time after work they NEVER stay open their listed times. if they list being open till 6pm, that means get there at 4pm, or you'lll miss them. the tiles in my bathroom were all rusted and gross and they said they would send an order to maintence. 3 days later, while i was showering maintence decided to show up with no phone call. when i requested a call next timeto give me a heads up, i was told that maintence doesn't keep in contact with the office staff and sort of work on their own.....HOW RIDICULOUS!!! if a property manageris their, i would think they are in charge, but hey, not here. forget parking.......i am almost sure this complex is NOT section 8 approved, there are just dirty people residing here and i am leavingsooo very fast. the staff sucks, maintence sucks, neigbors make their own parking spaces, leaving us to TRY to get out of the spot or hit them......HUMMMMM which shall we choose. the only person i would ever recommend it to is someone who doesn't enjoy heat or hot water, periodic blackouts, no parking, or someone who is a crack head....so no, I THINK IT WAS THE WORST LIVING SITUATION I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED...........THEY ARE CROOKS. last remark, try finding the address to the corporate office to get info or sent your complaints or lease info......they didn't have any contact info until summer 2007! anyone who likes it here, must live in a twilight zone or alternate universe.....each expierence is different but don't live here....TRUST ME!!!!!!
