Roaches everywhere (inevitable in north philly).
Feces came shooting out of our sink and tub then we were made to clean it up.
Painted over the floors with black paint that chips off.
Smells like urine.
Half crack heads, half Temple students.
Car got broken into 3 times and a crack head walked into my apartment.
I know lots of people who lived here and got robbed.
Cheap for the space and good if you are a Temple student with NO OTHER CHOICE.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I FEARED FOR MY LIFE AND SAFETY EVERY DAY. IT'S JUST CHEAP.
