The second floor is the worst. There are cockroaches everywhere and the kitchens are filled with mice. Tenants let their little kids run and scream in the hallways. The place is a madhouse. The Night Desk Clerk is a mad Hispanic who thinks he is Robo Cop. Talk about Overly Macho, talk about Neo-Nazis. I visited a friend in Apartment 215 and there were cockroaches everywhere, on the wallas, in the drawers, in the closets, in the bathroom, in the kitchen cabinets, in the refrigerator. I have never seen so many cockroaches. And the place is a haven for mice. Stay away from this snake pit, and pay my poor friend in 215 a visit and help him out.

It is no better on the 12th floor. Also, I don't know about you, but how do they get $70 electric bills for studio apts

I visited your friend in 215 and his place was looked like a second hand store. Roaches and mice do not just appear. Try cleaning the stove and the apartment once and awhile. Like magic the roaches and mice disappear.
