The leasing staff are inept, the property manager should be working on a used car lot,
the front desk people appear to be annoyed by your arrival, and the maintainace staff ignore all your requests.
The tenants tend to be noisy, rude,and irresponsible. Overall are spoiled brats who failed to grow up and become responsible adults.
If these things are not an issue to you, and you like pretty surroundings, its the place to live in CC!
