The Phoenix is truly the PLACE to live in Center City. The location you can't beat. The building is very well maintained and very clean. The offer a nice selection of amenities to their residents. The apartment size are amazing. Everything in the apartments is brand new and you also get full size W/D. The maintenance staff, concierge & valet are always willing to go the extra mile for you no matter what. They are always on top of everything that goes on. The man that is head of the maintenace staff couldn't be more easier to deal with and he knows how to take care of a luxury building. The management office staff is AWESOME! The property manager is always on top of all that goes on and she is so down to earth I truly love her. Her door is always open to anyone for anything. Her staff that supports her are really a wonderful group of people to deal with. It's a pleasure to walking into the office and know I will be taken care of. The events they have from time to time for the residents are a wonderful way to meet your neighbors and make new friends. I tell everyone that I live at The Phoenix and I am proud to call it my home. I give the Phoenix 10 stars...
