I have lived in my apartment for a year, and I don't think it's ben that bad. The matinence is good, we barely hear from any of the other tennants, and the apartments themselves are very nice. I have been very impressed with the way the grounds are kept, and the very peaceful atmosphere. This complex dosn't have alot of bells and whistles (gym, pool, etc..), but it allows me to have my cat.
