I moved into Pine Manor and had a reasonably good experience except for the fact that some minor repair needs took several visits; and when I left they charged me an EXTREMELY high amount of my security deposit (about $500) to clean and then replace a rug as well as do other cleaning. I have lived in several other apartments prior to my stay at Pine Manor and never had to forfeit any of my deposit. I had a friend help me clean the apartment and she agreed that it was in good shape. An aquaintence of mine had a similarly bad experince with them, and he will be writing a review shortly.

Another Galman Group property. They are notorious for keeping security deposits unjustly.
