Not worth the rent but pretty good apartment overall

its a very small apartment not good for anyone with children . parking is horrible no utilities are included. however it is one of the very few place in the city with mice. maintenance handles problems pretty well but not the greatest. The price for rent is a little expensive compared to what u are getting. The bathroom is the size of a closet. I have seen worst apartments though. Im honestly only moving because of the huge increase in rent and i want something a bigger. rent went from 600-695. its worrth going to see for yourself . 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
