Good for One Person From: scrunchthecat Date posted: 4/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I have lived here for a couple of years. I think the rent is very reasonable. The apartments are small, but the building is in a good location. I am leaving because I need more space. The building has recently undergone some renovations, so the common areas are much nicer.
