The building is newly renovated, and everything looks good. However, I had a very bad experience moving in. There was still maintenance equipment in the room for two weeks after my move-in date, the refrigerator didn't work, and the wireless internet they had promised was not installed. It took two months for management to finally get a working refrigerator in my room, and three months to get internet. Even after calling about it several times, I never succeeded in getting them to fix the bathroom door, which couldn't close. After moving out, it has been a struggle to get them to send me my deposit check. With the current management, getting very simple things done is like pulling teeth.
