today we turned in our keys and couldn't be happier. we broke the lease and are never looking back. everything about this place is disgusting and shady. my recommendation is to never sign a lease, but if you were duped into it like me...it's ok, just start looking for a new place ASAP and break your lease. it is WORTH IT, and YOU are WORTH IT.
and when you move out, make sure to give shantee in the mgmt office the middle finger, because she is THE most ignorant b*tch on earth. you try to reason with her to cut you a break because your apartment is always flooded and never warm, and you can't take a hot shower, and you have to catch mice, and the washers and dryers are ALWAYS broken, and your clothes never get clean or dry...but all she knows comes from her little "how to be a b*tch" handbook. it must have been hard for her to memorize that in the first place... i guess i should cut her a break.
or not.
don't move in here. in fact, you should maintain at least a 100' distance from the building at all time, as you could catch some sort of gross disease from the smell.

I was in the Mgmt office and this kid was just going off yelling all because he made a mistake and and didn't have enough $ At first I thought Mgnt wasn't nice but after seeing what they have to deal with and knowing that it is acutally tenants who come in there and act a fool. Hats off to those ladies because IT COULDN'T BE ME!!!!!
