Presidential City Apartments

Get out From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Here are the bad realities: 1. Hallways smell like indian, chinese food. This smell creeps into apartments and you can never get rid of the stench. 2. There is never hot water in the mornings. 3. Parking is a ----- after 10 pm. 4. No control of the heat. 5. There is no pest control. Lots of roaches, bugs, lady bugs for some odd reason) 6. You move into the apartment and it is very unclean (bathroom and kitchen are disgusting). 7. Mgt. comes into your apartment without letting you know. If they fix something they don't clean up after themselves. 8. People that live here are the shadiest, scumbagish, and ghetto people you will ever meet. 9. Washers and Dryers are dirty. 10. Just DIRTY! Good things about the apartment: 1. Cheap rent 2. Free Parking 3. Utlities are cheap. 4. Parking is reasonable. You don't have to pay and your car is safe.
