Presidential City Apartments

Nightmare!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I am sitting at 3AM in the morning awake from all the noise tha I have to endure. Right now there are college kids running around drunk and loud all over this place. If you want to live with wild college kids and mental residents (apparently this place rents to the mentally challenged over 100 apartments figure thre to four hundred of these type of residents) . With this tenant roster and crappy maintenance who are rude and dont know how to fix and leave you a big mess, I need to get out. Please leave a posting if you can help me get out of here as I am still bound to these money suckers lease and the managers here dont give a hoot about your problems- try not paying to get their attention
