Just pay the extra $400 and go to lincoln green From: NiggersSuck Date posted: 5/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Presidential is the worst place to live ever. The plumbing is awful. sinks and tubs get clogged weekly. The water that comes from the sink is rediculously cloudy. The management is awful. It is run by fat lazy black people who don't care about anything. About five seperate problems arose in my apartment and calling everyday did very little to resolve the issues. We caught 3 mice in our kitchen. Parking is a nightmare and since Presi is pretty much on top of Rt. 76, it is very loud at all times, especially in the Washington Building. Simply put, Presidential is old, run down, poorly maintained and operated.
