You will regret signing a lease here. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   First.. Mary Ellen in leasing is a hoax. She will do anything for you until you sign a lease. All lies. You move in and these are things you will encounter: 1. Mentally challenged people all over the property that will harass you for cigarettes and follow you everywhere so you will talk to them. It is really scary especially late at night. Why does management allow such people to live here.. this is not a psychiatric ward. 2. Noise. Roudy college kids that destroy the place. I hear dance music all times of the night and laughing/screaming. 3. Mice, rodents, roaches everywhere. 4. Laundry room floods all the time. Dirty washer and dryers. 5. Indian food smelling hallways. I go through tons of odor fighting sprays and candles really fast. Smell creeps into apartments and can't get rid of it. 6. Parking is a nightmare after 9 pm. 7. FIRE ALARMS go off daily. It is pathetic. No one even leaves their apartment anymore. 8. Mgt. enters apartment without any notice. They installed a fire alarm in my apartment and drilled holes in the walls and never cleaned it up. I had spackle all over my dresser. Overall, you get what you pay for. Its embarrassing having company over b/c I'm embarrassed at the fact of the appearance of the building and the stench of the hallways. Leasing will tell you all these good things about the apartment but BEWARE.. you will live there for a year and then leave.
