Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1995
I lived in presidential for one year in the mid 90's while a med student @ PCOM. It was the most horrible thing and I ended up breaking my lease early (worth every penny to do so). Our apartment was roach infested and we saw our share of mice and rats. I felt like I was back in Chicago living in the projects--my roommate and I even had the theme from the 70's show "Good Times" on our answering machine---I laugh about it now but at the time it was hell. I urged PCOM to warn prospective students about moving in here and to remove this property from their list of local rentals. I thought with the "improvements" made by mgmt the place may have changed. Guess not.
