To the management at Presidential stop trying to lie on this blog site about your property- Fact is Presidential City is a maintenance nightmare with all the leaks and other mishaps , broken elevators , noise , students ,lack of parking, security, shady tenants, rediculous heating situation , no hot water when you need it.
To the manaement and leasing agents to you its all about money and lies . To prospective tenants BEWARE- youll regret it the second you sign a lease with those leasing agents who promise everything and then dont know you
From someone who suffered at Presidential.
