After one year it keeps getting worse. The elevators are allways down, meaning sometimes a walk up to your apartment (very bad if you live anything over the 8th floor!) Very, very hot year around, yes even in the winter with the windows wide open wasn't even comfortable and a/c does not work. The cherry on top has been the recent MICE problem along with cockroaches. The staff is very unsympathetic and always looks at you as if youre interrupting their day when you need a service.
Should have never have let thhe leasing agent convince me to renew (shell sleep with you if she has to) although i am paying 700 for a 1 bedroom apartment with a great view
