haha.. when i saw this sign at Lincoln Green I thought it was the greatest ever!!
I just moved. THANK GOD! I can now sleep well, smell well, and be rodent and mice free. I was coaxed into signing a lease from Mary Ellen. Very nice lady, but she does not understand what is going on at this place.
So what is up with the mentally challenged and ------- people all over the place'!' I actually saw at least 10 indian people on the 5th floor of Jefferson congregating and having some sort of "meeting" IN THE HALLWAY!!! I couldn't believe it!
What pissed me off the most was how mgt. decided to come into my apartment whenever they felt like it. Never contacting me and just making a MESS!!
Leasing agents who post on this site: YOUR NOT FOOLING ANYBODY. The only people that like this place are scumbags and poor college students. It is dirty and nobody is considerate.
Other alternatives than Presidential... Lincoln Green is really nice. Regatta Apartments are spectacular and affordable.. Lincoln Woods in Plymouth Mtg are very nice.
If you notice the people who give good ratings on this site have no concrete reasons for liking it. That's how you could tell they are leasing agents.

What do you have against -------? Why are you singling them out? This is the second racist review that I have seen while looking through the reviews for these apartments. That's not a good sign! (The other one said something about the "lazy, black people in management" which is a disgusting thing to say.) I'm really appalled.
