I have lived at Presidential City Apts for the last eight months since the first day I moved in it has been nothing but hell. From the time I put my key in the door I knew I was living in a hole in the wall. If you are reading this message do not be deceived by what these Landlords present on the outside cause it is nothing but a piece of ---- on the inside. Recently, my toilet has flooded into my living room because the jack leg maintenance man put a hanger in the toilet instead of the correct parts and I have yet to have someone from maintenance come to fix my toilet appropriately. The person that lives above me flloded my bedroom and I am still waiting for the painting crew to paint this gigantic hole in my ceiling. My bathroom sink has been stopped up for several days and maintenance refuses to fix it properly so I have to call them several times per week. The icing on the cake lies in the fact that there are different types of strange bugs all over the place that come through the air conditioner and through the radiators or any other whole they can find. The exterminator is here every day to try to rid the place of mice and water bugs but he is doing a piss poor job because they continue to breed because we have ------- and Africans everywhere cooking exotic foods and eating all over the floors. This place is terribe my lease is up in four months and I will tell everyone I can to stay the hell away from Presidential City.
