This place is the pits and the biggest hell hole you will ever live in- Dont be fooled into living here you will regret it-
If you decide to move here make sure you see your apartment that you will be living in and find out who your neighbors are as well . There are alot of creeps in this place from management to tenants

Please note username of response above. Neil Winters = Tyler (general manager of Presidential City Apartments). He chooses usernames of people from his favorite soap opera - The Young and the Restless. Pathetic! This place is truly terrible and if residents want to review this place, then let them do just that. Don't make fake responses as if you're a resident. You don't live here and don't have to deal with the problems (i.e. mice, water bugs, non-functional elevators, noise, etc.).

it is nightmare to live there. Yes, the manager is great liar. They promised with a bundle of dream sweethome living, but since they got you signed in the contract, they don't care what the hell condition you are livign daily with!
