I live on the 12th floor of the Washington building and My apartment has a great view of the park and the pool. I have lived here for 3 years and have not seen one mouse or bug. The staff seems friendly and I have never had a problem with maintenance that was not fixed quickly.

Stop complaining!

Tyler, we all know you wrote this review. Shame on you!! You know it's a bad sign when they have the staff write good reviews as part of their job requirement. Very, very sad. Instead of trying to cover your behind by writing fake good reviews, you should work on fixing the problems that the apartments have. Makes a lot more sense. Sure, this would require you to stop being lazy, but at least it's the more respectable and adult thing to do.
