I have been living here since April of this year. Before moving here I went on this website to read some of the reviews and fortunately for me I have not had the same experience. I have yet to see a mouse (but then again I have a cat) or any other strange type of bugs. Maintenance came out to fix my air conditioner the same day that it broke. Otherwise, I haven't had any complaints. I will say that the parking is terrible and it sucks that you can't control your own heat or lift up the windows. The St. John's students are messy, loud, and rowdy-but you can just request to stay in one of the buildings where they do not reside.
