Home to Friday and Saturday Night Parties From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Moved in August to Presidential and satisfied with my 1 bedroom apartment that has a great view and the rent is $695 - great price. However the weekends are really wild with college kids roaming this place through out the night running through the parking lot naked and screaming obscenities and performing lewd acts in the hall ways . Fire alarms going off through out the night. If you want to party come live here they have the wildest stuff goin on here and you can join the party. Parking is a nightmare and the maintenance guys will give you the creeps Security is worthless so dont try calling
