Wow , I cant believe that I endured 2 years of hell. When I moved in here I was assured that everything would be fine - I knew this wasnt the best place to be but for the price and size I was getting it was hard to say no- The manager was very curteous and took care of any problems that I had at the time of my move. If there was any problem he was very responsive- little did I know that he was the owner as well. 5 months after I moved in this place was sold to BLDG and there has been no one to talk to .
This place is creepy from the maintenance to tenants to the rodents that infest this place. Noise is a big issue as this place is full of college students who use this place as their frat house.
I am moving on and pitty those that live here or that will be moving in.
Word of advice dont let leasing suck you into anything and if you are going to move here suck them for the rent they will give you an apartment at any price
