It's aight ... not the best not the worst

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
Maintenance: pray that you get a good apt
Apt Conditions: Never seen an ugly one so far, Noticed a roach or two in the beginning then haven't seen one since, Heard of rats... havn't seen one
Elevators: Horrendous can't see how the elderly still live there (jefferson) even the "good elevator acts up."
Hallways: Aight
Safely: The best so far, guards round the clock, entrance key for residents.
Utilities: No prob so far
Laundry: Not so good already wasted 3 dollars and to a broke grad student that's half a meal.
