the only thing that's keeping me here is the rent and distance from school. the maintenance is AWFUL (they'll do their best to NOT help you) and leasing is VERY misleading. if you're happy with four walls, then it's not so bad. But God forbid your sink gets clogged! And don't bother showering the morning!
