I am a PCOM student and this is my second year living there. The management is not helpful at all, you will NOT find a place to park after 9pm. The elevators are always broken. Noise echos throughout the halls which always smell like weed. No wonder I have never seen an employee smile in that place. Can't wait to move out and wish I'd never lived there. Did I mention it is overpriced'

There actually isn't all that much parking. I've been there many times and I've had to park on the sides of the parking lot, espcially if you get there past 7-8pm. Presidential really needs to consider other plans for parking and better methods to keep their tenats happy because I see them losing people all the time, such as myself. Thankfully I moved out yesterday, never will I again go through the crap I went through there.. let alone pay over $800/month for a college dorm.
